My complaint is not about the delay itself which is understandable in the current situation with covid 19. Guidance was given regarding the buttons and we could resolve it ourselves. Would use same company again. List companies that haven t claimed their trustpilot account.

I have ordered curtains from blinds direct three weeks ago which i still haven t received. Bought 3 blinds one of them been not made properly phone the company about 5 times asking for picture send picture even the picture look different they still say nothing wrong with the product not even a sorry. Easy to put up once you understand the instructions which have slightly confusing drawings if you are installing the blind outside the window space. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from wooden blinds direct and both times been so happy with the fit and quality.

Ordered two blinds from blinds direct. I made a mistake with my measurements and had to return a blind to be adjusted. Blinds delivered in less than 48 hours and they are so easy to install. They arrived in the stated timescale with an email and text to inform me of delivery.

The main problem is the slow incompetent and ineffective customer service offered by blinds direct. I stupidly gave them an incorrect measurement for the width of our recess and the blind was short.

Received both but one got a bit damaged during transit and the bottom buttons were not properly pushed in. Wouldn t order from anywhere else. I have found the service provided by blinds direct exemplary. The prices are the best we found online too.
